Are the calorie burns on cardio machines accurate?
Kath: Calories burned on the machines is entirely based on the type of machine (such as arms or no arms) and the resistance you have. Running on the treadmill, I usually am around 160 BPM and on the elliptical anywhere from 150-160. So for me, running is harder, but the elliptical is a VERY close second.A low impact exercise, such as biking, walking, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, etc.

How do I decide the best Waterjet vendor?
There are many ways to produce high pressure water. But the key to accuracy is in the CNC chassis. You must ensure that a machine tool's accuracy is tightly controlled so that the overall desired shape will be dimensionally accurate. Otherwise, circles will be elliptical and squares will be trapezoidal to some degree. If the machine tool is not "tight", then edges will not be straight and there will be poor cut quality.A low impact exercise, such as biking, walking, an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, etc. is the best way to warm up. We suggest no pounding exercise (running, jogging, aerobics), or weight-lifting for the rest of the day after your treatments. The next day, you may resume any and all activity.

How do I stay in shape?
I try to work out on a regular basis. Usually that consists of doing about 20-30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical or step machine and then doing some weight training. I try to add in a kickboxing or aerobic class in sometimes to mix things up…it’s always good to have variety. Depending on my schedule, I try to do some form of physical activity at least a few times a week….but there are times I get lazy or am just too busy to find the time to work out.If you are planning a small facility (100-200 potential users), you will need at least 2 different types of major cardio machines: treadmill, bike, elliptical or stair climber. You will also need to cover the major muscle groups with strength training exercises. A multi-station machine will cover your minimum requirements.

You will also need to cover the major muscle groups with strength training exercises. A multi-station machine will cover your minimum requirements.
