Our thyroids have a big impact since it is like a cruise control that keeps our body's metabolism running at the right speed. Same is true with hereditary factor.

Perhaps the very first thing that you should address is the way you eat. You should cut down processed foods, fast foods, and junk foods because they have very high caloric contents. Minimize the use of fatty ingredients such as oil, butter, margarine, and cream. The importance of regular exercise does not lie on its extent of difficulty but in its steadiness and stability. Don't make your exercise habit a doom by starting strenuous and heavy workloads, it's better to start in a gradual way and start with the basics. You can alternate it with playing sports like tennis and swimming.

Most important you will find that lifestyle changes will help you a lot. Cut down on alcoholic beverages most especially beers. It is also important to take some time to wind up. Everyone needs some relaxation in their life.
